(27) باب فِي الْمُخَيَّرَةِ تَخْتَارُ زَوْجَهَا

(27) Chapter: When A Woman Is Given The Choice And Chooses Her Husband (AR)

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ صُدْرَانَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَشْعَثُ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ - عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ قَدْ خَيَّرَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نِسَاءَهُ فَلَمْ يَكُنْ طَلاَقًا .

It was narrated from Masruq that 'Aishah said:
"The Prophet gave his wives the choice and that was not a divorce." (AR)
