(37) باب إِذَا تَتَابَعَ فِي شُرْبِ الْخَمْرِ
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Ibn 'Umar through a different chain of narrators to the same effect. This version has :
I think he said for the fifth time: If he drinks it, kill him.Abu Dawud said: And similarly the word "a fifth time" occurs in the tradition of Abu Ghutaif. (AR)
