(82) باب الصَّدَقَةِ عَلَى الأَقَارِبِ
It was narrated from Salman bin 'Amir that the Prophet said:
"Giving charity to a poor person is charity, and (giving) to a relative is two things, charity and upholding the ties of kinship." (AR)
