(2) باب امْتِحَانِ السَّارِقِ بِالضَّرْبِ وَالْحَبْسِ
It was narrated from Bahz bin Hakim, from his father, from his grandfather, that:
the Messenger of Allah detained a man who was under suspicion, and then he let him go. (Hssan) (AR)
