(448) Chapter: Giving the greeting to people (AR)

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلاَمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ غَزْوَانَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: اعْبُدُوا الرَّحْمَنَ، وَأَطْعِمُوا الطَّعَامَ، وَأَفْشُوا السَّلاَمَ، تَدْخُلُوا الْجِنَانَ.


'Abdullah ibn 'Amr reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allahbless him and grant him peace, said, "Worship the All-Merciful and feedpeople. Make the greeting common practice among you and you will enterthe Garden." (AR)
