(4) باب لاَ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ

(4) Chapter: "Do not swear by your fathers" (AR)

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهُ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ ".

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Do not swear by your fathers." (AR)
