(5) باب مَنْ أَدْرَكَ مَا بَاعَهُ عِنْدَ الْمُشْتَرِي وَقَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَلَهُ الرُّجُوعُ فِيهِ
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
When a inan becomes insolvent, and the other person (seller) finds his goods intact with him, he is more entitled to get them than anyone else. (AR)
