(60) باب بَيْعِ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَ الْبَائِعِ
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said:
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'No man is bound by a transaction involving the sale of something that he does not possess.''' (AR)
