(9) باب ذِكْرِ الاِخْتِلاَفِ عَلَى الزُّهْرِيِّ
It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah said:
"(The thief's hand) is not to be cut off except for the price of a shield, one-third of a Dinar or half of Dinar, or more." (AR)
