(16) باب الأَمْرِ بِإِجَابَةِ الدَّاعِي إِلَى دَعْوَةٍ

(16) Chapter: The command to accept invitations (DE)

حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ، وَأَبُو كَامِلٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " ائْتُوا الدَّعْوَةَ إِذَا دُعِيتُمْ " .

Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (may be upon him) having said this:
Accept the feast, when you are invited. (DE)
