(33) باب مَا جَاءَ فِي كَرَاهِيَةِ الأَذَانِ بِغَيْرِ وُضُوءٍ

(33) Chapter: What Has Been Related About It Being Disliked To Call The Adhan Without Having Wudu (DE)

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى الصَّدَفِيِّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يُؤَذِّنُ إِلاَّ مُتَوَضِّئٌ " .

Abu Hurairah narrated that :
Allah's Messenger said: "None should call the Adhan except for one with Wudu." (DE)
