(8) باب فِي الْعَبْدِ يُبَاعُ وَلَهُ مَالٌ
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone buys a slave who possesses property, his property belongs to the seller unless the buyer makes a proviso. (DE)
