(24) باب النَّهْىِ عَنِ النَّذْرِ،
It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin 'Umar said:
"The Messenger of Allah forbade vows and said: 'They do not change anything; they are just a means of taking wealth from the miserly.'" (DE)
