(494) بَابُ إِذَا نَظَرَ بِغَيْرِ إِذَنٍ تُفْقَأُ عَيْنُهُ

(494) Chapter: When someone looks without permission, his eye (DE)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: لَوْ اطَّلَعَ رَجُلٌ فِي بَيْتِكَ، فَخَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ، مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ جُنَاحٌ.


Abu Hurayra reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him andgrant him peace, said, "If a man looks into your house and you take somepebbles and gouge out his eye, there is no fault in you." (DE)
