(61) باب وَعِيدِ مَنِ اقْتَطَعَ حَقَّ مُسْلِمٍ بِيَمِينٍ فَاجِرَةٍ بِالنَّارِ

(61) Chapter: Warning of the Fire for the one who swears a false oath in order to unlawfully take the right of another muslim (DE)

وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَهَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَخَاهُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ كَعْبٍ، يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ الْحَارِثِيَّ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِثْلِهِ .
