(6) باب رَجْمِ الْيَهُودِ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ فِي الزِّنَا

وَحَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، يَقُولُ رَجَمَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَجُلاً مِنْ أَسْلَمَ وَرَجُلاً مِنَ الْيَهُودِ وَامْرَأَتَهُ .


Jabir b. 'Abdullah reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) stoned (to death) a person from Banu Aslam, and a Jew and his wife. (DE)
