(28) باب الْمَعْدِنِ
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:
The Messenger of Allah said: "The injuries caused by the well are without liability, [1] and beasts are without liability, and mines are without liability, and the Khumus is due on Rikaz." (DE)
