(8) باب مَا جَاءَ فِي تَعْظِيمِ الْكَذِبِ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم

(8) Chapter: What Has Been Related About The Gravity Of Lying Against The Messenger Of Allah (SAW) (ES)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هِشَامٍ الرِّفَاعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ، عَنْ زِرٍّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَىَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " .

Narrated 'Abdullah [bin Mas'ud]:
that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever lies upon me, then let him take his seat in the Fire." (ES)
