Muwatta Malik (ES)

موطأ مالك

وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ، وَرَّثَ نِسَاءَ ابْنِ مُكْمِلٍ مِنْهُ وَكَانَ طَلَّقَهُنَّ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ .


Yahya related to me from Malik from Abdullah ibn al-Fadl from al-Araj that Uthman ibn Affan made the wives of ibn Mukmil inherit fromhim, and he had divorced them while he was terminally ill. (ES)
