(13) باب اسْتِحْقَاقِ الْقَاتِلِ سَلَبَ الْقَتِيلِ

(13) Chapter: The killer is entitled to the belongings of the one who is killed (ES)

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى التَّمِيمِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ، كَثِيرِ بْنِ أَفْلَحَ عَنْ أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، وَكَانَ، جَلِيسًا لأَبِي قَتَادَةَ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو قَتَادَةَ . وَاقْتَصَّ الْحَدِيثَ .
