باب 13

(13) باب النَّهْىِ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ، قَبْلَ بُدُوِّ صَلاَحِهَا بِغَيْرِ شَرْطِ الْقَطْعِ

(13) Chapter: The prohibition of selling produce before its goodness appears (ES)

قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ وَحَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَخَّصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا . زَادَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ أَنْ تُبَاعَ .


Zaid b. Thabit (Allah be pleased with him) said that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) gave a concession in case of the sale known as al-araya, there is an addition of the word an tuba'a in the hadith transmitted by Ibn Numair. (ES)
