باب 3

(3) باب إِنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ

(3) Chapter: Al-Wala' (Right of inheritance) belongs to the one who manumits the slave (FR)

وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ النَّوْفَلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ .


This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Shu'ba with the same chain of transmitters. (FR)
