(20) بَابُ الْيَمِينُ عَلَى الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ، فِي الأَمْوَالِ وَالْحُدُودِ
Narrated Ibn Abu Mulaika:
Ibn `Abbas wrote that the Prophet (ﷺ) gave his verdict on the basis of the defendant's oath. (FR)
