(24) باب مَا أَصَابَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنَ الْجِرَاحِ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ

(24) Chapter: The wounds inflicted on the Prophet (saws) on the day (of the battle) of Uhud (FR)

حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ اشْتَدَّ غَضَبُ اللَّهِ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُ نَبِيٌّ، اشْتَدَّ غَضَبُ اللَّهِ عَلَى مَنْ دَمَّى وَجْهَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم.

Narrated Ibn `Abbas:
Allah's Wrath gets severe on a person killed by a prophet, and Allah's Wrath became severe on him who had caused the face of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) to bleed. (FR)
