(15) باب مَا جَاءَ فِي تَخْمِيرِ الإِنَاءِ وَإِطْفَاءِ السِّرَاجِ وَالنَّارِ عِنْدَ الْمَنَامِ

(15) Chapter: What Has Been Related About Covering The Vessels, And Extinguishing The Torches And Fires Prior To Sleeping (FR)

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، وَغَيْرُ، وَاحِدٍ، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَتْرُكُوا النَّارَ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ حِينَ تَنَامُونَ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Narrated Salim:
From his father, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Do not leave the fire (burning) in your houses when you sleep."[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih. (FR)
