It wasnarrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)said:
"Wretched is the slave of the Dinar and the slave of the Dirham,and the slave of velvet and the slave of the Khamisah.* If he isgiven, he is pleased and if he is not given, he does not fulfill (hisoath of allegiance)." (FR)
