باب 7

(7) باب الْمَشْىِ وَالرُّكُوبِ إِلَى الْعِيدِ بِغَيْرِ أَذَانٍ وَلاَ إِقَامَةٍ

(7) Chapter: Eid prayer before the Khutba and no Adhan or Iqama for it (FR)

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسٌ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ،. أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يُصَلِّي فِي الأَضْحَى وَالْفِطْرِ، ثُمَّ يَخْطُبُ بَعْدَ الصَّلاَةِ.

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to offer the prayer of `Id-ul-Adha and `Id-ul-Fitr and then deliver the Khutba after the prayer. (FR)
