(3) باب الإِمَامِ يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَفْوِ فِي الدَّمِ
Narrated Anas ibn Malik:
I never saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) that some dispute which involved retaliation was brought to him but he commanded regarding it for remission. (FR)
