(35) باب بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا بِالرُّطَبِ
It was narrated from Sahl bin Abi Hathamah that the Prophet forbade selling fruits before their condition was known, but he granted a concession allowing 'Araya sales by estimate, so its people could eat fresh dates. (FR)
