(351) بَابُ قَوْلِ الرَّجُلِ: يَا بُنَيَّ، لِمَنْ أَبُوهُ لَمْ يُدْرِكِ الإسْلامَ
As-Sa'b ibn Hakim reported that his grandfather said, "I came to'Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him. He began to say, 'Nephew.'Then he questioned me and I told him my lineage and so he knew that myfather had not become Muslim. He began to say, 'My son, my son.'" (FR)
