(13) باب الاِخْتِلاَفِ عَلَى أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ
It was narrated from Jarir that:
The Prophet [SAW] said: "If a slave runs away to the land of Shirk, it becomes permissible to shed his blood." (FR)
