(4) باب وَقْفِ الْمَسَاجِدِ
It was narrated that 'Abdur-Rahman Al-Sulami said:
"When 'Uthman was besieged in his house, the people gathered around his house and he looked out over them" and he quoted the same Hadith. (FR)
