(13) باب مَا لاَ قَطْعَ فِيهِ
It was narrated that Jabir said:
"The hand of the traitor is not to be cut off." (Sahih) Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasai) said: Ashath bin Sawwar (one of its narrators) is weak. (FR)
