(123) بَابُ الْعَفْوِ وَالصَّفْحِ عَنِ النَّاسِ
'Abdullah ibn az-Zubayr said on the minbar, "Make allowancesfor people and command what is right and turn away from the ignorant."(7:
199) He said, "By Allah, we are only commanded by this ayat to acceptpeople's character. By Allah, I will accept people's character as longas I am with them." (FR)
