(31) باب فِي بَيْعِ الطَّعَامِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْتَوْفَى
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: If anyone buys a grain, he should not sell it until he takes possession of it. Sulaiman b. Harb said: Until he receives it in full. Musaddad added: Ibn 'Abbas said: And I think that everything is like grain. (FR)
