It wasnarrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:
"Good men among whom was 'Umarbin Khattab, and the best of them in my view is 'Umar, testifiedbefore me that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'There is noprayerafter Fajr until the sun has risen, and there is no prayerafter the'Asr until the sun has set.'" (FR)
