(40) باب فِي الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِطُ لَهَا دَارَهَا

حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ " إِنَّ أَحَقَّ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ تُوفُوا بِهِ مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ " .


'Uqbah bin 'Amir reported the Apostle of Allaah (ﷺ) as saying "The condition worthier to be fulfilled by you is the one by which you made the private parts (of your wife) lawful (for you). (FR)
