(47) باب الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا .

(47) Chapter: Being Married To A Woman And Her Paternal Aunt At The Same Time (FR)

أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ دُرُسْتَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ " لاَ تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَلاَ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا " .

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said:
"A woman should not be taken as a co-wife to her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt." (FR)
