(42) باب الشُّرُوطِ فِي النِّكَاحِ .
It was narrated from 'Utbah bin 'Amir that the Messenger of Allah said:
"The conditions that are most deserving of fulfillment are those by means of which the private parts become permitted to you." (FR)
