(7) باب فِيمَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا رَحِمٍ مَحْرَمٍ
Qatadah reported 'Umar b. al-Khattab (ra) as saying:
If anyone gets possession of a relative who is within the prohibited degrees, that person becomes free. (FR)
