It wasnarrated that Lahi'ah bin 'Uqbah said:
"I heard Abul-Ward, theCompanion of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), say: 'Beware of thetroopwhich, when it meets (the enemy) it flees, and when it takesspoils ofwar, it steals from it.'" (FR)
