It wasnarrated from Zaid bin Aslam that his father said:
"I heard'Umarsay: 'Why do they perform Ramal now, when Allah has establishedIslam and done away with disbelief and its people? By Allah,* we willnot give up something that we used to do at the time of the Messengerof Allah (ﷺ).'" (FR)
