Chapter 77

باب 77

(77) باب إِبَاحَةِ فَسْخِ الْحَجِّ بِعُمْرَةٍ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَسُقِ الْهَدْىَ .

(77) Chapter: It Is Permissible To Cancel Hajj And Do 'Umrah Instead If One Has Not Brought A Hadi (FR)

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، - وَهُوَ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ - عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ بِلاَلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَفَسْخُ الْحَجِّ لَنَا خَاصَّةً أَمْ لِلنَّاسِ عَامَّةً قَالَ " بَلْ لَنَا خَاصَّةً " .

It was narrated from Al-Harith bin Bilal that his father said:
"I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, is this annulment of Hajj just for us or is it for all the people?' He said: 'No, it is just for us." (Daif) (FR)
