(22) باب مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ
It was narrated that Abu Ja'far said:
"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'Whoever is killed defending his wealth and is killed unjustly, he is a martyr.'" (ID)
