(157) بَابُ إِعْطَاءِ الشَّاعِرِ إِذَا خَافَ شَرَّهُ
Abu Nujayd said, "A poet came to 'Imran ibn Husayn and 'Imran gavehim something. 'Imran was asked, 'You give to a poet?' He said, 'I am preservingmy reputation (from his satire).'" (ID)
