(45, 46) Chapter: Injuries That Expose The Bone (ID)

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ لَمَّا افْتَتَحَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَكَّةَ قَالَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ " وَفِي الْمَوَاضِحِ خَمْسٌ خَمْسٌ " .

It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib that his father told him that 'Abdullah bin 'Amr said:
"When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) conquered Makkah , he said in his Khutbah: 'For any wound that exposes the bone, the diyah is five (camels) each.'" (ID)
