باب 77

(77) باب إِبَاحَةِ فَسْخِ الْحَجِّ بِعُمْرَةٍ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَسُقِ الْهَدْىَ .

(77) Chapter: It Is Permissible To Cancel Hajj And Do 'Umrah Instead If One Has Not Brought A Hadi (ID)

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ، - وَهُوَ الْقُرِّيُّ - قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، يَقُولُ أَهَلَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِالْعُمْرَةِ وَأَهَلَّ أَصْحَابُهُ بِالْحَجِّ وَأَمَرَ مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ الْهَدْىُ أَنْ يَحِلَّ وَكَانَ فِيمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ الْهَدْىُ طَلْحَةُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ وَرَجُلٌ آخَرُ فَأَحَلاَّ .

Ibn Abbas said:
"The Messenger of Allah enter Ihram for 'Umrah and his companions enter Ihrahm for Hajj. He told those who did not have a Hadi with them to exit Ihram. Among those who did not have a Hadi with them was Tallah bin 'Ubaidullah and another man, so they exited Ihram." (ID)
