(6) باب فِي الرَّجُلِ يَعْتِقُ أَمَتَهُ ثُمَّ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا

(672) Chapter: A Man Frees His Slave And Then Marries Her (ID)

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، وَعَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَعْتَقَ صَفِيَّةَ وَجَعَلَ عِتْقَهَا صَدَاقَهَا .


Anas bin 'Malik said "The Prophet(ﷺ) manumitted Safiyyah and made her manumission her dower." (ID)
