(19) باب فِي صَفَايَا رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنَ الأَمْوَالِ
Narrated Abu Hurairah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) as saying: Do not distribute dinars among my heirs: Whatever I left after contribution to my wives and provisions for my governor is sadaqah (alms).Abu Dawud said: 'Amil means the workers or laborers on the land (i.e. peasants). (IT)
