(31) باب تَسْمِيَةِ الْعَبْدِ الآبِقِ كَافِرًا
It is narrated on the authority of Jarir that the Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings be upon him) observed:
The slave who fled from his master, responsibility with regard to him was absolved. (IT)
